Terminology

Design Build –allows the contractor to interact with his design professional to create for the clients wants, needs and desires.  It benefits the   contractor and client in establishing an accurate budget and smooth construction experience.

Cost Plus –allows full transparency with the client.  The client sees all invoicing and knows the allocated fees applied to the contractors’ service.

Lump Sum – Is the paid in full method of construction services.  This is executed when the work is completed.  We only provide this service for small projects not to exceed $2,500.00

Maintenance –is contracted, hourly, or per job basis.  It gives the client a bi-weekly payment schedule that provides the client with invoicing on a bi-weekly basis.

Renovation –allows the client to improve value to their home and lifestyle by updating products and systems to improve the appearance and functionality of the structure while increasing it’s value.

Additions –allows the client to improve value to their home and lifestyle by increasing the useable square footage of the structure.
